New Environment

My Accomplishments

This week since the PAASCU was in the school we were asked to facilitate some of the classes of the teachers in SLU-LHS because the teachers had there meeting. We were officilally oriented by the principal Wednesday morning since the PAASCU was until Tuesday Our orientation was like the orientation during our observation days. We talked about the do's and don'ts, the policies, wearing of IDs and uniforms, etc... After the orientation we were asked to proceed to our LACs in each majors for us to know who will be our new cooperating teachers since we already finished our practice teaching in BCNHS. We also decorated our quarters at the attic of the schools where we are going to stay for 2 months for our practice teaching.

My Significant Experiences

After saying goodbyes to my beloved cooperating teacher and students in BCNHS last October 24, 2014, I am bound to greet a new environment in the SLU-LHS. The last school we are going to have our practice teaching with my colleagues. And since this week is our first week at SLU-LHS, I don't have a lot of significant experiences. Because we only had our orientation, knowing our cooperating teachers and decorating our quarters. But when I was already introduced to my new cooperating teacher, I was really nervous because I don't know if I can reach her expectations and since I am going to teach grade 9 students. I had really some butterflies in my stomach... But I always try to calm and relax myself for me to go on and continue until graduation. So GANBATE MYLA!!! :D

Insights

 Teaching in different kinds of schools like public to private is something good for us who are having their practice teaching. But sometimes it is difficult especially if you already  build a good rapport to the first school that you had your teaching. It is hard to say goodbye when you already started loving the environment and the treatment that you CT and students are showing you. But like they say it is not always a goodbye, there are still time to reunite. hheheh....Now that I am in a new environment and a different one. I have to really work my butt out here to pass and graduate. And since they are more strict when it comes to policies and rules I have to be more cautious.. GOOD LUCK Too All Of Us Practice Teachers!!!

Great Expectation. Kaya?

Problem

The only problem I am thinking  right now is the expectation of my cooperating teacher since I am not the only student teacher she is handling. I don't really like to be compared that's why I am a bit nervous.   

Believe In YOURSELF!!

Solution

The only solution I can think of in my problem is to, of course, do my very best to accomplish everything my cooperating teacher is asking me to do. Help myself to execute my lesson well with effective strategies and methods to avoid low evaluation. Always Pray!! KAYA KO TO!!

Target!!!

My Goals

My goal next week is to execute my lesson very well and to learn how to use the projector.. no kidding...I really don't know how.... :D... To avoid being illiterate, I must learn in any possible way... Hmmp!!KAYA KO TALAGA TO!!
