Four More To GO!

My Accomplishments

This week I was able to finish two lessons that make six rated lesson plans already. I have to make four more to finish my ten lesson plans. I also finished checking some activities and quizzes so I have nothing much to do just going to prepare my lesson plans and my rated demo this coming Friday, kind of nervous.

My Significant Experience

I am happy this week because I was able to finish two lesson plans. I must say it is difficult to finish or get lessons in private than in public. But I was still happy that I was able to add two lessons this week because in the past every week I only do one lesson. Also, I had fun because I was one of the judges in the impromptu speaking contest, one of the activities for English Month. At least we are still doing something rather than stay at the attic for the whole day and sleep or continue other requirements because there is no lesson to teach. Since this week is no academics because of the logo making that the students have to finish and be judged.

Insights

Let’s make ourselves a blessing for other people. Enjoy life despite the difficulties you are experiencing because if we think positively, blessings will come your way. True, so every time I feel like giving up, I always think positively like being a blessing to everyone especially to my cooperating teacher. Even if I feel tired and stress, I’ll always be a blessing to my CT because that is what student teachers supposed to be. :D  A Blessing! Just think that we only have how many more days to go. And our hardships, sleepless nights, hot tempered days and crying nights are over. We are nearly towards the light from the tunnel we are now. Yeheay!!

Hay Stressful!

Problem

This week I was stressed with my schedule for my demo teaching with my supervising instructor because my cooperating teacher already fixed or plot already her schedules until the second grading examination. Meaning I don’t have a choice since every date already have specific activities and lesson.  And I was like Oh My Gosh, seriously?! I really expected that practice teachers are the priorities they should make some adjustments just for the demo SANA. Hay! Stressful.

Solution

About my problem since my cooperating teacher does not want to adjust her schedule for my demo teaching, she suggest that I’ll have my demo after the seatwork of my students. I was like seriously!! Like seriously!! I was thinking if I can finish my demo with less than an hour. Like seriously talagah!! So I was thinking of not having the motivation already but instead I’ll make their seatwork a review. Do I have a choice? Instead of not finishing my lesson I’d rather shorten the activities. Hmp!!

Good Demo! No to ReDemo!

My Goal

My goal for next week is to accomplish my demo teaching peacefully with no other interruptions or else bye-bye diploma. And make visual aids beautifully… beautifully daw. Ma–try nga!hahah..
